Everything was great, from the location next to the pier to the proximity to dive centers, attractions, and restaurants.

The weather was wonderful, had fantastic stay. The staff were nice and outstandingly accommodating all the time. The hotel had a great position, in the middle of the city: )

Our twin/double room was fabulous with a clean bathroom as advertised. the location was exceptionally nice and excellent, about a 20-minute walk into town. the restaurant was fantastic. the staff were very friendly.

Friendly and attentive staff. We were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome and excellent service at Phuket Paradiso. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and ensure our stay was enjoyable. They were always there to assist us with any questions or requests, making us feel like valued guests.

One inconvenience we experienced was with the check-in process. The reception was not staffed for a day, and we had to rely on phone communication.
